SERVICES

I see adult patients aged 18 to 60.

All patients begin with an initial psychiatric evaluation (60-90 min)

After that, you may choose to add on an additional evaluation (60-90 min) covering ten domains of holistic wellness

Then we decide the frequency of follow-up appointments together, which can include medication management and management of specific, measurable goals for overall wellness

I do NOT provide traditional therapy services.

01

PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION

Initial 60 - 90 minute session to explore current issues, past psychiatric history, family and social history, and medical history. I can provide a diagnosis during this appointment if that is important to you and prescribe medications as appropriate. We will cover basics of sleep, nutrition and exercise as well.

03

INTEGRATIVE ASSESSMENT

Additional 60 minute evaluation to explore domains of wellness more in depth: nutrition, sleep, physical activity, digital hygiene, social connectedness, spirituality/sense of purpose, nature exposure, substances, stress management, and social determinants of health.
Additionally, genetic testing and biomarker panels can be ordered if you are interested in adding nutraceuticals to your treatment plan. We do not use random supplements: treatment is based on the latest evidence and measurable tests.

02

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT

Every patient receiving medications will have regular 30 minute follow-up appointments to monitor progress.  These sessions are not the 5 minute check-ins you may be used to - we will always spend time talking about how things are going in all aspects of your life.  Supportive counseling is part of every medication session.

04

WEEKLY MONITORING

Patients seeking integrative care benefit most from weekly sessions to monitor specific, achievable, step by step goals in the domains of wellness we are focusing on. This also allows us to make careful, stepwise adjustments to traditional psychotropic medications as well as complementary supplementation.
