I am no longer in-network with any insurance plans. I do offer a generous sliding scale, and superbills you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Evaluations
Full self-pay rates are $300 for a psychiatric initial evaluation, and additional $300 for integrative assessment.
Follow-ups
Medication management follow-ups are 30 minutes, and cost $150. These may be more frequent when adjusting medications, and can be up to 3 months apart when meds are stable. The price is the same for monitoring of lifestyle factors and nutraceuticals.
Monthly Plan
A flat rate monthly plan is available for $500/month. This service includes weekly follow-ups, direct e-mail and text access to your clinician, and monitoring and coaching between sessions. It does not include the initial evaluation or access outside of business hours.
